Today we three bought rubber boots at Wal-Mart so we can walk through the muck and not have to wash our shoes every day. We'll keep them in the tool box in back of the truck so we don't have to stink up the inside of the truck or leave our regular shoes outside when we get home.
Pig noses look soft, but they're very strong! They root around with 'em.

An hour away is a long drive but at least she'll have a safe place to live. The piggy looks so cute.
It turns out to be actually about 40 minutes. Not so bad. Not as nice as 15 minutes away, but it's doable.
I found out the pig's names are Pig and Pig. Hehe. Son gives them treats and they take them very well and you don't have to worry about your fingers. Er, our son doesn't worry about his fingers. I'm still reluctant to try it.
